COVID-19 RESPONSE PLAN

SAFETY IS, AND ALWAYS WILL BE, OUR TOP PRIORITY

The COVID-19 pandemic has created a constantly changing landscape, and we are taking all necessary precautions to mitigate the spread of the virus.

Our clients are enjoying yacht and aircraft charters daily, making it absolutely paramount that we’re keeping our clients, guests, owners and employees safe during this time. And while there are obvious health benefits inherent to private yachting and aviation, our teams are also working diligently to leverage the full resources of a company of our scale and financial strength.

TRAVEL

We also follow the guidance of the U.S. Department of State, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and the World Health Organization.

PRE-CHARTER SCREENING
Our staff evaluates all charter details, request some information about health history in relation to COVID-19, and ask for additional information concerning previous or future travel plans to provide the best-tailored travel advice. As an additional safeguard to all onboard, our crews will review pre-screening details prior to embarkation of all our guests.

DOMESTIC
While national markets remains open to both corporate and private charter, there are varying levels of response to COVID-19 from state and local governments across the country. We suggest that our guests understand the various implications before traveling, such as recommended or required self-quarantines and facial coverings. Your Concierge Team is able to provide some assistance about the various requirements. It is important to note some states are requiring previous travel documentation upon arrival.

INTERNATIONAL DESTINATIONS
Global travel is allowed following the guidance of the U.S. Department of State, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and the World Health Organization.  

CREW MEMBER SAFEGUARDS

We have tested 100% of our crew members and will be offering ongoing testing to anyone who travels to high-risk locations, has been exposed to COVID-19, or becomes symptomatic. Furthermore, we will be providing opportunities for employees and guests to be tested for COVID-19 antibodies.

FACE COVERINGS
All staff members and guests wear coverings while performing duties in the presence of our customers and guests.

SOCIAL DISTANCING
Amid this global pandemic, to curtail the risk of exposure, the avoidance of handshakes between our crew, passengers, guests and suppliers.  All crew travel is closely monitored; those exposed in any manner are prohibited from entering our yachts and aircraft for 14 days and until they are no longer symptomatic  

CONTACT TRACING
Our staff and crews who have been diagnosed with the coronavirus are prohibited boarding our yachts and aircraft until deemed recovered by a physician. Meanwhile, our medical staff will research contacts and make necessary notifications and accommodations for other crewmembers, employees, and passengers.

AIRCRAFT & YACHT STERILIZATION

With all of our yacht and aircraft, we conduct ongoing daily multi-tiered cleaning and disinfecting program in accordance with the guidelines of the CDC and WHO. This helps us ensure a clean and comfortable yacht and aircraft for each charter. 

LONG-TERM PROTECTION
Our yacht and aircraft interiors are treated with an antimicrobial barrier that provides lasting protection from various bacteria, germs, and viruses like the coronavirus. Its durability comes from the molecular bond it forms with surfaces once cured; however, as a safeguard, we reapply the product at a minimum of every 90 days.

AIR FILTRATION
While filter systems vary on our yachts and aircraft, all guest spaces  circulate onboard air with fresh outside air every 2–4 minutes. This time frame is based on various environmental factors.
